Where are you located?

We are located one block South of Chatsworth Blvd and one block East of Balboa Blvd.

Do you allow pets?

Yes. small pets are allowed with an additional deposit. Deposit per Dog is $400.00, Deposit per Cat is $150.00. Deposit subject to change. No ‘Pet Rent’.

Pet weight Limit is 25 lbs. and under at the adult weight (Strict), 2 pet limit per household (strict). No Exotics, Reptiles, etc. Please contact us for more information.

Cats must be indoor only, dogs (or cats) must be on a leash when outside of the unit at all times and taken off property to potty.

What are your office hours?

The office is generally open Monday-Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm and on Saturdays when availability is coming up or existing, from 9:30am to 2:30pm. (Saturday hours may vary)

We are closed on Sunday and most major holidays.

Out of hours showings may be available by appointment.

Hours may change without notice. Please make an appointment to maike sure we can give you our full attention.

How do I set up an appointment view an apartment?

You can set up an appointment to view our apartments by calling (818)363-1541.

E-mailing us, or you may also drop by during office hours for a tour, although we may not be available for walk-ins.

Do you have any specials?

We occasionally run move-in specials. Please contact us for further information.

How much is the rent?

Please contact us for current rental rates.

How often is the rent increased?

Kingsbury Villas is a Rent Controlled Property. Rent is not raised more than the small percentage stipulated by the city for that year, in accordance with the law.

Rent Increases are generally allowed by the city, once yearly.
